No matter what age we are these days, we are constantly striving to make good choices, smart choices, healthy choices. Whether its consuming more fruits and vegetables, eliminating red meat, sugars, and processed foods or increasing physical activity or developing an exercise regimen; we all want to look and feel good. How do we accomplish it? I say by changing our mindset and choosing to speak life! A healthy mind can jumpstart positive changes to your diet and exercise! Whatever you do and at your level and pace...keep moving. Also, speak with your neighbors and friends that workout and get pointers. Of course if you have physical conditions or health issues check with your doctor, but know there is something you can do!
